The liquid water cooling plate, also known as the liquid cooling heat dissipation plate, is the core heat exchange component of the liquid cooling system. Its interior features specially designed flow channels where coolant circulates to absorb and transfer heat away from components, releasing it through radiators or heat exchangers.
